The operator’s identity and privacy contact have not yet been provided. The operator needs to complete this document.
Read before creating an account or subscribing. Precauti is a precaution and trusted-contact communication tool. It does not replace the police or official emergency services.
1. Provider and contact
The service is provided by [information not yet provided by the operator], registration [information not yet provided by the operator], address [information not yet provided by the operator]. Support: suporte@precauti.com. Privacy: [information not yet provided by the operator]. These Terms cover the Precauti app and associated services; subscriptions also follow the conditions shown by the store.
2. Precaution and public authorities
Precauti helps organize contacts, send alerts, share location in activated sessions and keep records. It is not the police, a monitoring center, a medical service, private security or rescue. In-app SOS sends requests to participating contacts; it does not dispatch authorities or place a police call. In immediate danger in Brazil, call 190. Ligue 180 provides guidance and receives reports of violence against women; it is not a substitute for emergency response. Elsewhere, contact your local official emergency service. Do not wait for an app response before seeking official help.
3. Operating limits
Connectivity, GPS, battery, permissions, device, operating system, third parties and contact responses affect operation. Alerts may be delayed or undelivered; location can be inaccurate or outdated. The system may interrupt background tasks and recordings. There is no guarantee of preventing violence, detecting every risk, continuous recording, a response or rescue. Configure and test with informed contacts in safe circumstances, and maintain other ways to seek help.
4. Account, audience and age
Provide accurate details, secure your account and do not share credentials. Registration is not intended for children under 13. Below the applicable age of legal capacity, use and purchases require parental or guardian involvement or authorization where required. Store age ratings do not replace these conditions. Contact support about a minor’s data or misuse; information and access may be restricted for protection.
5. Free access and subscriptions
Profile completion and subscription status determine the access shown in the interface. Paid features remain restricted until store and server confirmation. Available free features, including trusted-contact functions, do not imply an active subscription. Availability depends on country, platform, permissions and published configuration. Not every feature is promised on every device.
6. Price, renewal and cancellation
Before confirming, review benefits, duration, total price, currency, tax, any offer and renewal terms in the store checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the App Store or Google Play within the period shown by the store. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not cancel billing. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, subject to the paid period and applicable law. Restoring purchases requires the correct store account and an eligible link to your Precauti account.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
Request cancellation or refunds through the store and support. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. In Brazil, applicable withdrawal rights under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code must be respected; equivalent mandatory local rights apply elsewhere. Trials, promotions, price changes and plan changes follow disclosed conditions and legal/store requirements. Refunds outside applicable conditions are not guaranteed.
8. Contacts and sessions
Choose appropriate contacts and explain invitations. Participation, removal, responses and ending sessions follow the available app actions. A session may share identity, status, time and location with authorized participants. Do not add or track people to stalk them or against their wishes. Ending a session does not erase copies a participant already received.
9. Microphone, camera and vault
Activate recording only lawfully and safely. Discreet recording does not make prohibited interception or capture lawful; consent rules vary by country and situation. Files are user-provided records subject to space, limits, failures and retention. Evidentiary admissibility, forensic chain of custody and perpetual storage are not promised. Export records you need before deleting data or the app. Do not endanger yourself to capture an image.
10. Map and reports
Reports and map markers are user contributions subject to review and moderation. They are not official statistics or certification of area safety or a person’s guilt. No reports does not mean no risk. Do not expose victims, private addresses, documents or unsupported allegations. Use reporting options and support to dispute information.
11. Preventive search
Results depend on identified sources, coverage and availability. When configured, DataJud searches use procedural metadata from enabled sources; they are not criminal-record certificates, complete people searches or determinations of guilt. Namesakes, outdated records and false positives are possible. An unavailable, unconfigured or empty source does not prove that no record exists. Do not use isolated results to accuse, discriminate, stalk or decide employment, credit, housing or other rights. Verify official sources and obtain appropriate advice.
12. Content and responsible use
Harassment, violence, sexual exploitation, illegal content, false reports, improper disclosure, discrimination, fraud and unauthorized access are prohibited. You retain rights in your content and grant only the license needed to store, process, present it to chosen recipients and moderate the service. There is no blanket license to advertise using private evidence. Third-party rights and legal exceptions remain applicable.
13. Moderation and review
We may proportionately restrict content or access to investigate abuse, protect people, comply with law and enforce these Terms. Where lawful and safe, we will explain the reason and accept disputes through support. A report does not guarantee automatic removal or emergency response. Urgent action may precede notice; legal orders and evidence preservation may restrict disclosure.
14. Referrals, credits and influencers
Benefits depend on displayed rules, eligible conversions, payment confirmation, availability and fraud controls. Promotional credits are not bank deposits or withdrawable money unless expressly stated by the program. Approved commissions, payment details, taxes and timelines follow the specific program. Refunds and fraud may reverse benefits with a record and a way to dispute them; earnings are not guaranteed. Influencers must disclose advertising and avoid guaranteed safety or income claims.
Codes and links are personal, revocable and subject to validation. Attribution is recorded once by the backend and may be rejected for self-referral, fraud, duplication, pre-existing accounts or inactive links. Ordinary referrals generate Precauti usage credits, without cash balances or payments to the referrer, after a confirmed eligible conversion. Influencer links belong to a separate program with goals, metrics, commissions, balances and payments under approved terms. Signup records attribution and the eligible discount; it does not itself release a financial commission. Verified purchases and refunds may grant or reverse the benefit of the relevant program.
15. Privacy and security
The Policy provides contractual information without turning all processing into consent. System permissions, optional choices and specific legal bases are assessed separately. Report suspected unauthorized access to support. Access and security controls do not promise invulnerability or end-to-end encryption for all features.
16. Closing an account and retention
Request deletion through account settings or the official deletion channel identified by Precauti. Identity checks and processing stages may apply. Data needed for legal obligations or legal claims may be retained with restricted access. Content delivered to others and exported copies require separate handling. Canceling a subscription is a separate store action.
17. License and liability
We grant a personal, limited, nonexclusive license for lawful use. The trademark, software and other rights remain with their owners, subject to legal exceptions. Technical limitations do not exclude mandatory liability for service defects, data breaches or other legally protected matters. Users are not required to give unlimited indemnities or waive nonwaivable rights. Liability depends on the facts and applicable law.
18. Changes and countries
Material changes requiring new acceptance will be presented with a new revision; they do not retroactively expand optional permissions. Brazilian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in the country of residence or imposing an incompatible exclusive forum. Store availability and translation do not certify compliance in every country. Contact support with questions or complaints.
